This website is operated by Aether Stewardship LLC, a limited liability company registered in New Mexico, United States, with its registered office at 1209 Mountain Road PL NE, Suite R, Albuquerque, NM 87110.
By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
2. Using this site
The site is informational. It describes the services we offer and allows you to contact us. Nothing on it constitutes legal, tax or financial advice, and nothing on it is a binding offer.
- Do not use the site unlawfully, or in a way that damages it or interferes with anyone else's use of it.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it or to the systems behind it.
- Do not submit information that is false, or that belongs to someone else without their permission.
3. Intellectual property
The name Aether Stewardship, the logotype and the visual identity are the property of Aether Stewardship LLC. The text, structure and design of this site are also protected.
You may read, print and share the site for your own use. You may not copy it, republish it or present it as your own, or use our marks, without written permission.
4. Proposals and prices
We do not publish a rate card. Each proposal is prepared for a specific scope — channels, production and time — and is sent directly to the client it was prepared for.
A proposal becomes binding only when both parties have signed it or accepted it in writing. The validity period of a proposal is stated in the proposal itself. Media budget, production costs and third-party tools are always separate from our own fee, and are itemised.
5. Liability
We take care to keep the information on this site accurate, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, current or free of error, and we may change it at any time.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site, including lost profits or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud.
The site may link to third-party websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
6. Law and jurisdiction
For clients in the United States, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, and disputes fall to the courts of that state.
For consumers in the European Union, these terms do not remove any right you have under the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page always shows the current version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
