Five lines of work. One rule: everything is measured.
Any line can be engaged on its own or combined with the others. Each one ends in the same two things: a report you can read in ten minutes, and a decision you can act on.
- 01 · Search visibility
Audit, query map, content, authority - 02 · Paid media
Google Ads and Meta Ads - 03 · Social campaigns
Concept, calendar, production, paid boost - 04 · Brand and communication
Positioning, voice, messages by channel - 05 · Measurement
Tracking, dashboard, monthly reading
Be found when they search for you, and when they don't know you exist yet.
Technical work first, then content, then authority — in that order. Without the technical base, content does not rank; without content, the technical base has nothing to rank.
| Block | What it includes | Deliverable |
|---|---|---|
| Technical audit | Crawling and indexing, URL architecture, structured data, page speed, keyword cannibalisation, redirect chains and errors | Report prioritised by impact and effort |
| Demand research | Query map by intent — informational, comparative, transactional — with real volume and difficulty | Query map and content gaps |
| Content | Page architecture, service copy, long-form guides and internal linking | Content calendar and published pages |
| Authority | Local presence, mentions, business profiles and legitimate industry relationships | Mention plan and an optimised business profile |
| Measurement | Search Console, cookie-free analytics and tracking of qualified conversions | Dashboard and a monthly reading |
How it is measured: qualified organic sessions, queries where the site appears in the top 10, clicks, and conversions attributed to organic search.
What we don't promise: a specific position for a specific keyword. Search results depend on third parties we do not control. Anyone guaranteeing a position is guessing.
Buy attention without burning money.
Three decisions come before anything is activated: what counts as a conversion, what you can afford to pay for one, and which creatives test the hypothesis.
| Block | What it includes | Deliverable |
|---|---|---|
| Account structure | Campaigns by intent and funnel stage, audiences, exclusions and geography | A built, documented account |
| Tracking and conversions | Tagging, attribution model, windows, conversion values and duplicate control | An audited measurement setup |
| Creative testing | A minimum of three messages across two formats, with controlled rotation | Creative library and a written test log |
| Optimisation | Bids, budgets, audiences, and cutting what does not perform against a significance rule | A change log with its effect |
| Reporting | Cost per acquisition, return with the window declared, and what was switched off and why | Monthly report |
How it is measured: cost per acquisition, return on ad spend with the attribution window declared, conversion rate, and cost per qualified lead.
What we don't promise: a return figure. The budget is yours, and results depend on the market, the price and the offer. What we do promise is that we will switch off what is not working and show you the log.
What you say, to whom, in what order.
This is the work that stops the other lines sounding generic. It is also the cheapest line to run, because it is mostly thinking rather than media spend.
| Block | What it includes | Deliverable |
|---|---|---|
| Positioning | Category, target customer, a verifiable difference and a territory of message | Positioning document |
| Verbal identity | Tone, owned vocabulary, what is never said, message hierarchy | Voice guide |
| Messages per channel | The same message adapted to the website, ads, social and proposals | Message matrix |
| Visual identity | An applicable system: logotype, colour, typography, templates | Brand manual and usable files |
The five numbers that change a decision.
Without measurement, everything above is opinion. This can be engaged on its own to put order into what already exists.
| Block | What it includes | Deliverable |
|---|---|---|
| Measurement audit | What is measured badly, what is counted twice and what is not counted at all | Data reliability report |
| Instrumentation | Business events, conversions, consent and cookie-free mode where applicable | Verified implementation |
| Dashboard | One screen with the five numbers that decide something, and everything else underneath | Dashboard and metric glossary |
| Reading routine | A periodic session to interpret and decide — not to read figures out loud | Decision log |
How the metrics are defined
| Metric | Exact definition |
|---|---|
| Qualified session | A visit lasting more than 20 seconds that views at least two pages, excluding internal traffic and bots. |
| Primary conversion | The action that produces money or a sales conversation. One per project, agreed in writing. |
| Cost per acquisition | Media spend divided by conversions attributed within the declared window. |
| Return on ad spend | Attributed revenue divided by spend, with the window and the attribution model written next to it. |
| Return on the work | Presence in the top 10 for queries that were already producing clicks — not total visits. |
Three ways to engage.
All three come with a written scope and a delivery date before anything is invoiced.
Diagnostic sprint
Two to three weeks. We measure, prioritise and hand over an executable plan with budget and calendar. It exists so you can decide with data whether to continue — and so you own a plan you could run without us.
For: someone who does not know where to start, or who wants a second opinion before investing.
Monthly management
Continuous execution of one or more lines, with a monthly report against the baseline and a decision session. Month to month: it renews because it works, not because a contract says so.
For: businesses with steady commercial activity that need the engine kept running.
Launch or campaign
A project with a start and an end date: an opening, a season, an event or a product launch. Concept, media plan, production and execution, closing with a report and reusable learning.
For: anyone with a date circled on the calendar who cannot afford to improvise.
On pricing: we do not publish a rate card. Each proposal is priced to its own scope — channels, production and time — and you receive a written scope, a calendar and a fixed fee before anything starts. Media budget is always separate from our work.
What we don't do.
- We don't buy followers, engagement or reviews, or take part in exchange schemes.
- We don't guarantee search positions or advertising returns.
- We don't publish client names, logos or cases without written permission.
- We don't take on work whose stated aim is to mislead the final customer.
- We don't work with media budgets we cannot measure.
- We don't invoice work without a written scope and delivery date.
- We don't use client data to train models or pass it to third parties for commercial purposes.
Start with a diagnostic call.
Tell us what you are trying to fix and what the current numbers are. If we are not the right practice for it, we will say so on the call.
Content with a concept, not posts in a row.
We define a creative territory, produce against it and pay to amplify only what has already proved itself organically. Publishing more without a concept just accelerates the wear-out.
How it is measured: reach within the target audience, interaction rate, traffic and attributed conversions, plus cost per result on the paid side. Followers are reported with a relevance filter, never as a headline.
What we don't do: buy followers or engagement, or take part in engagement exchanges. An audience built that way costs more to convert than it returns.
